Senior Copywriter, General Manager
With more than three decades of advertising experience, Jennifer Frazier is adept at developing advertising campaigns and strategic creative direction. Working as the Creative Director at Tampa-based Denton Advertising, she furthered brand for communities such as Pelican Bay and Gateway by Westinghouse Communities (now WCI), ITT Palm Coast, and U.S. Home. As President of The Creative Stable, her key career highlights include the research, writing and development of the Olympic Bid for the City of Tampa’s Florida 2012 effort. She has also been instrumental in the development of brand for Florida Trend, Chase Home Finance, Pinch A Penny, Hilton Hotels, and Bank of America’s various financial specialty services. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri at Columbia School of Journalism, and an Associates degree in commercial art. Jennifer is able get “to the heart of the matter” when developing client campaigns, and views content through they eyes of an investigative reporter, helping to craft campaigns that intrigue and inspire their consumers.

Since founding The Design Lounge in 2003, Eric has had the pleasure of working on accounts such as Incepture (a sister company of Blue Cross/Blue Shield), the PGA Tour, University of North Florida, Jacksonville Beach, Jacksonville University, United Way, and the First Coast Service Options to name but a few. Creative Director, Art Director
Born in York, England, Neil completed a three-year course in Advertising Design from the York School of Art, and was awarded a Licensorship to the Society of Industrial Artists and Designers (an award equivalent to obtaining a Masters in the US). Before moving to the US nearly two decades ago, Neil worked with London agencies on accounts such as Sweppes International, Wilkinson Sword, London Transport, Guinness Beer, Harrods Department Store, and British Rail. Greg is the founder of Push10 Design Studios in Philadelphia. Public Relations Director, Senior Copywriter
Connie Holubar is the president of OutreachPR. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri, a master’s degree in marketing from the University of Colorado, and an MBA from CU’s Graduate School of Business. Before starting Outreach as a full-service public relations firm in Boulder, Colorado, Holubar spent 12 years in corporate communications in the financial services, utility and pharmaceutical industries. In 1999, she relocated to Dallas, Texas where she has continued to meet client needs. For the past 35 years, Debbie has served in positions such as senior art director, creative director, production manager, and print consultant for agencies and clients in both Maryland and Florida. She currently handles all marketing for the Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, Colorado, Texas and New York Treasury Management Conferences, Low Load Insurance Services, and more. Cherie Wenstrom has more than 20 years experience in the media industry. She began her media buying career in Detroit, then moved to the Tampa Bay region in 1981 and spent the next 10 years learning the ins and outs of broadcast advertising sales in both television and radio.
